  31.     I asked the local hobby shop a few months back; they checked into
  32. it and found that the Monogram LM/CSM models (at least) had been
  33. discontinued.  Supposedly they'll inform me if they become available
  34. again, in which case I'll post something.

  36.     I'm considering writing to Grumman for blueprints as I don't want
  37. a physical model so much as a bunch of polygons.

  49. I suppose it would be spoiling someone's fun to point out that
  50. the amount of aluminum released by solid rocket fuel is minuscule
  51. compared to the amount present in alumino-silicate minerals in
  52. the rocks, sands, gravels etc. of aquifers, from which well water
  53. is pumped FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION...

  55. I would also be a spoilsport if I pointed out how little chlorine
  56. they release compared to the amount in salt spray from seas or
  57. volcanic eruptions, or how little acid they create compared to
  58. nitric acid made by lightning strokes.

  60. Yes, injecting any dose of reality would make me a killjoy, wouldn't it?
